Your safety is our number one priority. As the coronavirus/COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, we're dedicated to helping you stay healthy and informed. Your personal and financial health are important to us and we want you to know we’re taking every necessary precaution to protect you and our employees, while continuing to provide a seamless banking experience.
We are closely monitoring guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local health officials for assistance in our decision making.
We are dedicated to ensuring everyone’s safety and well-being, while continuing to serve your financial needs without interruption. The CDC has indicated, given the nature of the virus, a good way to minimize risk is to reduce contact with others. Fortunately, we have digital banking tools you may use to reduce the need for personal contact, or even leaving your home.
If you are not already using our Online Banking service you can enroll here. Once you’re registered on line, you can download our mobile banking App by visiting either the Apple App Store or Google Play on your device. You can also use our CardLock app to monitor your debit and credit card activity (Apple App Store or Google Play).
We continue to have people available by phone 24/7 at 1-800-252-6525 to help you with any questions or simple transactions. Surcharge-free ATMs for members are available at each of our branches. You can also use any CO-OP Network ATM with no ATM surcharge, but you will accrue a small non-PCCU ATM fee. Click here to locate a CO-OP ATM.
Some of the Steps we are Taking:
- Increasing the frequency of cleaning and sanitizing our branches
- Keeping our employees Informed
- Encouraging them to keep themselves safe by frequently washing their hands and staying home if they are sick
- Minimizing visits to branches by business partners/vendors
