Fortunately, we have digital banking tools you may use to reduce the need for personal contact, or even leaving your home.

Once you’re registered on line, you can download our mobile banking App by visiting either the Apple App Store or Google Play on your device. You can also use our CardLock app to monitor your debit and credit card activity (Apple App Store or Google Play).

We continue to have people available by phone 24/7 at 1-800-252-6525 to help you with any questions or simple transactions. Surcharge-free ATMs for members are available at each of our branches. You can also use any CO-OP Network ATM with no ATM surcharge, but you will accrue a small non-PCCU ATM fee. Click here to locate a CO-OP ATM.

  • Keeping our employees Informed
  • Encouraging them to keep themselves safe by frequently washing their hands and staying home if they are sick
  • Minimizing visits to branches by business partners/vendors

Protect Your Personal Health

From washing our hands to banking online, there are actions we can all take to stay safer. Here are a few tips to keep in mind as we move forward together.

They include:

  • Avoiding close contact with people who are sick
  • Avoiding touching your eyes, nose and mouth
  • Covering your mouth or sneeze with a tissue then immediately throw your tissue in the trash
  • Washing your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
